Promoting Track II Diplomacy through Charitable Action-- WCF promotes Track II diplomacy through brokering humanitarian trade in worldwide and pursuing dialogue amongst principals. WCF engages directly with leaders to ensure that humanitarian aid, including food, medicine and medical supplies are delivered directly to those most in need. Everyone believes that health, nutrition, development and medical aid should be delivered to all, regardless of geopolitical constraints. WCF has a unique platform to assist and broker global dialogue, bringing together its history in Washington and Europe, together with its operations worldwide.



Washington Charitable FOUNDATION



Washington Charitable Foundation is registered as a nonprofit organization (EIN 88-3626175) dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to countries in need and raising awareness about them in the United States as well as in the rest of the world. Under its pending 501(c)3 status, donations can be made as a taxable deduction**. Through your generous donations, we fund a variety of efforts to help the people of countries in need and to strengthen their democratic society. We organize fundraisers, cultural events, meetings with celebrities, and roundtable discussions dedicated to them, among other initiatives. We also collaborate with nonprofits and volunteers on the ground to further our mission.




MISSION STATEMENT

  • Provide humanitarian aid to vulnerable groups and individuals in countries in need.
  • Raise awareness about countries in need in the United States and throughout the world.
  • Support countries in need in its effort to build a strong civil society, to reform its educational system, and to eliminate corruption.


* Since Feb 2022, we have been providing on the ground humanitarian aid to Ukraine.



The Washington Charitable Foundation is a Section 501(c) (3) charitable organization,
EIN 88-3626175. All donations are deemed tax-deductible absent any limitations on deductibility applicable to a particular taxpayer. No goods or services were provided in exchange for your contribution.



Behind the scene.



BRIAN SAYERS



FOUNDER



Brian Sayers has been building and leading organizations over the last ten years that focus on Track II diplomacy in some of the most challenging regions of the globe. He has worked with several governments and international organizations to implement humanitarian work and capacity building programs. Prior to this, Brian served as a political officer for the North Atlantic Treaty Organization in the Operations Division and was appointed as a Political Advisor to the NATO Commander in Kosovo. Brian is a graduate of the Universities of Georgetown (AB) and St. Andrews in Scotland (M.Litt).

ALPER YARALI



CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF EXECUTUVE OFFICER



Alper is responsible for BAYS Consulting & Management’s business to business operations in Eastern and Western Europe. .Alper brings over 20 years of Internet marketing experience to BAYS Consulting & Management, gained in a wide variety of global roles spanning North Americas. Alper worked for Equities First institutional investment firm that specialised in long-term asset-backed financing. Prior to Bays Consulting & Management Alper was President at International Project Funding LLC, where he was actively involved in Internet Marketing in USA and Europe. Alper has master's degree from Florida Atlantic University ( FAU ) in international banking and investment and MBA in international relations

Claire Greenslade has over twenty years of experience in group life and health benefits account management. As an account manager, she worked with the sales team to prepare marketing and benefit plan recommendations. She has a passion for understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions to their problems. She provides daily hands-on service to institutional clients large and small, offering timely, creative solutions to meet their needs.

ALINE KUREK



PR & FUNDRAISING MANAGEMENT



Aline Kurek is a highly successful sales and marketing director with over 15 years of experience in the industry. She started her career as an intern at a small business in the city and quickly rose through the ranks, becoming a top executive in just a few years. Her expertise lies in developing and executing strategies to increase sales and profitability. She has led her teams to success in launching campaigns, negotiating contracts, and managing distribution channels. Aline is an inspiring leader who sets a clear vision and direction for her teams, and provides them with the guidance and resources they need to succeed. She has a passion for understanding customer behavior and trends, and is always looking for ways to improve the customer experience. She has a knack for creating meaningful relationships with customers and partners, and building lasting connections. Aline has an MBA from a top university and is constantly striving to keep up with the latest sales and marketing trends. Aline is a role model for those around
